Dena Grayson, MD, PhD is a physician, researcher, and expert on Ebola and other viral pandemic threats. Dr. Grayson earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida (Phi Beta Kappa, High Honors), and her M.D. (Alpha Omega Alpha) and Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular cell biology from the Washington University in St. Louis. Born and raised in a small Florida beach town, she is the first female member of her family to graduate from college.
